Regarding Site Updates

A recent reader posted the following comment: "so is this website going to do anything or what? Where is all this information about the lawsuit and other issues? You haven't update in a month. COME ON."

We wanted to take this opportunity to both apologize and explain.

It is true that we have not posted some recent information regarding the lawsuit and the situation at UD. Part of the problem has been that two of our editors/contributors were not able to stay involved in maintaining the site. We have recruted some new help (and installed new scanner software), so we hope that content can now be added on a regular basis.

We now have a copy of the University's answer to the Jeffries' petition, and we plan on scanning and coverting it to PDF on Tuesday night, at which time we will post it on our download site. Please check back on Wednesday to view the file.

Thank you,
The Editors

What Wendt Wrong?
What Wendt Wrong?

The question should be "WHATS WRONG WITH THE UNIVERSITY"? I just read the subpoena and I'm appalled.
I see the lawyers standard answer" the university and Bullock
deny 1-30. They admit to the board voting on offering tenure,
then say the board isn't authorized? I'm lost.
It's really sad when a disgruntled student, "thats on his way out"
can't voice an opinion. Maybe they thought he was really a faculty member and had just broken his contract. What a bunch of garbage"I'll give you tenure, but you can't say anything bad about me or the university". Regarless of what they pay Bullock they
should fire him. Let him go run a prison education program somewhere. I'll be sure to voice my opinion at church on sunday
to my minister.

For the past two days, when I've tried to access the WhatWendtWrong site, the page comes up blank. Anyone else having this problem?
